Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging and include all manuals or accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
